Don't forget to periodically update your computer's operating system and virus software. 
Windows Browser Compatibility:
a) Internet Explorer V6 or V7,
   Fully patched using Windows Update
b) Firefox Version 2.0.0.9 or greater
Macintosh Browser Compatibility:
  Apple Macintosh Safari browser is NOT compatible.  Please use the Firefox browser on an Apple computer running OS-X.
 
As a reminder, just because you deleted an e-mail, does not mean that it is gone.  Periodically, you need to empty the "Deleted" folder to permanently delete those messages that you have deleted.  Likewise, if you are keeping copies of every e-mail you send, the "Sent" folder may need to be cleaned-up from time-to-time.
